Please help: LLC company address and IP address

Hello, I am about to create an LLC in Wyoming or Delaware, but I am stuck on the following problem: What address should I use for the company to avoid a verification problem? Does the address have to be in the state where my LLC is located or does it not matter? If I do LLC in Wyoming and And fill in the address for the form in Florida, will I have a problem? Also, does the IP address have to match the address I gave to the LLC and registered the new PP and Ebay accordingly? Thank you in advance!
