Paypal/Ebay-buying consultant?

Any recommendations for a consultant on stealth Paypal and Ebay buying? I dropship from Ebay -> Amazon and am running into some paypal/ebay issues. I want to hire a consultant that knows all there is to know about Paypal and Ebay purchasing and can essentially help me tackle any issues if/when they arise.

Mainly payment issues. Attempting to use the same ebay and paypal account to purchase on two separate workspace instances. Ebay allows the two concurrent sessions, but when both sessions are attempting to check out via Paypal, one session gets the error "Sorry, we couldn't confirm it's you" from Paypal. I'm sure this is a 2FA issue as both are signed in from separate IPs, but I'm trying to find a work around as separate instances are necessary for the volume of order placement.
