Paypal Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you
 

I change my number and address on my paypal. And i try to link my bank account but its not working. When i change my number and address and i am trying to log in. It says. Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you
Need any help. What am i supposed to do. I got the money on that account. I cant even login. Please help me. And give me some advice to relief me.

Once u get the message we cannot confirm its u , you can clear cookies, after 24hrs reset your password via forgot ur password link.

If that doesn't work call customer service and explain to them you have moved address etc, they can either give u access straight away or ask u to send documents to prove the address change.

yes. but i cant contact costumer service when i click it. it says. i need to log in first. what am i supposed to do.
