Overseas friend wants to open a Paypal account using my UK home
 

My friend overseas from non-paypal country wants to open a Paypal account using my UK home address. He will register Monese online bank and order card to my address.

Is this okay from my perspective? what if he gets suspended will i still be able to operate my own Paypal?

Why do that when your friend could just buy stealth? and leaving you the option to not use your address, and cause issues later down the line?

Assuming you are living in a building where other are also living, using the address of the building wont have a negative impact on yourself normally.
But I guess, the use of your address is more for Monese (for the card)than for paypal?

Personally I would try and stay clear there are plenty of other alternatives out there

Yes he wants to use my address to receive the Monese card. I live in a house not flats so its not a multiple residency location.

What alternative can he go for? he needs a UK address to register for the Monese bank card.

You are setting yourself up to get accidentally screwed over if your friends PP gets limited. You might not have anything happen or you might get your PP limited. The real question is, is it worth it to you to let your friend use your address and possibly jeopardize your own PP account?

I doubt anything would ever come of it, but there is that chance

He also needs a uk top up sim card which is easy to get. He will use his own name to setup bank and paypal using his passport ID. I think for uk address he might be able to sign up for

Monese is available not only for the UK address but other EU countries too so if it's only for getting this card there are other alternatives too, Also it wont be ended only to an address , He/she will request for other stuff like utility bill for limited pp and so on ...

"Expensive" is such a relative term though - if profits are good and "juicy" then the cost is not that bad
