Problem With 21 Days Payment Hold

Guys, the 19th May i got an e-mail that from that day all the payments that i will get will be available with no 21 Days Hold..
Today i started selling on my website with this paypal and all the payments i got from the orders are in hold for 21 days.. WTF..

Why?

It's random and happens with accounts that are years old. The frequency of these will go down the more you sell, but will never go away.
There's nothing to worry about. 21 days is just the maximum time held anyway. Ship your items fast and they'll release your money when tracking shows your packages delivered.

If you got that email then your payments will gradually be available immediately. just give it some time.
Note those 21 day holds can be placed back on at any moment and for any reason.
