Different browsers

I'm using different IP's through tethering on a new user account on mac.

This is for a standalone business paypal I'm not using with ebay, just shopify.

Can I switch between safari and chrome browsers without an issue? Had been using safari, but someone on shopify suggested chrome is better for extension use on that platform. Using paypal and shopify on that user account.
