20k 200 transactions EU Limit?

Hi guys, all the posts I saw in this forum talking about the PayPal 20k 200 transactions limit are from people in the United States.. I don't understand what happens if accounts from the EU will reach that limit.. Who knows anything?

EU accounts have other limits. Research to find out what those are.

its 2.5k euros/year on EU, when you reach around 2k euros on sales , they will ask for ID and proof of adress docs

I am talking after that, when you do over 20k of sales and 200 transactions in a year

An IRS regulation has no bearing at all on Euro accounts.

The 20k reporting requirement is mandated by the IRS and only applies to American accounts.

are you talking from experience? have you ever had an EU account pass the 20k 200 limit?

I'm telling you the implications of this IRS regulation. It's an American regulation which applies to American accounts.

I have experience with non-American Paypals, but not European ones.

No limit to eu account after you suply the dokoment after 2500 Euro and that is it.

How many times do you need to be told? Clever people have told you - I'm not clever but THERE IS NO F*****G SUCH THING OR LIMITS ON EU ACCOUNTS - IT'S A USA THING

I got asked for some documents by PayPal after reaching 20k and 200 transactions this year on my EU account.
I'm trying to understand if it was a coincidence or if they always ask for it after passing that limit.

I don't know who you are, nobody was talking with you or asked you about anything

I hope it was a coincidence then, I don't take for granted every word that people tell me in this forum, I wanted to make sure it was a coincidence. Some people here talk a lot but do much less.

I dont think you've got a clue what you're talking about but I'll play along, what documents did they ask for and why? A screenshot would clarify.

lol ok whatever, I was trying to gather info because I already passed 20k and 200 transactions and after that I got asked for docs from them to make sure I am not doing money laundry.

But I want info from serious people not from people that can't even do 20k a year with one account, just making sure is a coincidence.
