Paypal account suspension
 

If paypal freezes someones account and asks for info to verify their identity and the account owner does not provide any info. Will paypal just keep their money or will they be able to withdraw after 180 days?

Depending on the reason of suspension usually you can withdraw in 180 days provided you still have a bank account on the PP acc still

When does the 180 days start? does it start after the final date has been given from paypal to respond? and if you don't respond, they send out another notice or do we have to reach out saying we can't provide the docs?

It usually starts right when you get the email indicating you have been suspended. Don't remove your bank account because when it is time to withdraw and you have no bank it's next to impossible to add a bank after its eligible for withdrawal

Most of the time they will allow withdrawal after 180 days but there are experiences of PP keeping funds if ToA are violated or other accusations exist.

Were you selling risky items? Or no.

They say ebay requested my account frozen and that I have to provide drivers license, proof of delivery, proof of purchase, etc.

That's PayPal being PayPal for whatever reason your transaction was flagged you still have options. I myself reversed the irrevocable termination that paypal put millions of good honest people through. Thanks to Aspkin I learned valuable resources. I lost my paypal account back in December, since then I been soaking up all information on getting my business back and running.
