Hi I am trying to withdraw to visa debit card and PayPal keeps telling me to add a valid debit card or bank account. But thing is I have already added a verified visa and I have never had any issues in the past

It’s possible that the Visa card that you’re trying to withdraw doesn’t withdrawals

Delete and try to readd or get a vcc and try to use it with the card added to it.
