****. its been 3 days. I cant withdraw the money from paypal to my debit card. Paypal wont let me send it. I always send refund money and they got percent all the time. Those anyone know about this problem? or i just need to upgrade my account

you need to call paypal for them to resolve it,or wait few days,maybe you will can, personally i wasn't able to withdraw money for few weeks with same problem,and only after i called paypal everything resolved
