eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Does Paypal send the check to a wrong address?

180 days is up and I'm ready to withdraw my fund. However, nothing works for me and I'm thinking about requesting a check. I wonder if they ever send the check to a wrong address. Anyone has bad experience with it? I'm in the US

This has been discussed here in the past. It's not very hard to re-print the check with the right name. ;)
