Fund PayPal Stealth Account from Bank Account

I was just wondering...

I have read that you can withdraw money from a stealth PayPal account to a bank account, because PayPal does not see your name that way, but you can't fund a stealth PayPal account from a bank account, because they will see your name that way.

What is the recommended way to get money from a bank account to a stealth PayPal account?

Is it possible?

I am only asking out of curiousity. I don't actually have a stealth PayPal account, but I have been reading about them.

Is my assumption incorrect, then? Can one simply link a bank account to a stealth PayPal account and add funds without risking getting limited by PayPal?
