Account limitation

Hi

so paypal decided to limit my account and asked for some tracking infos, i upload those a week ago, and now i receive this message ( Please check your information again or provide more details. ) and when i click resolve, the only button that appears is ( DONE ), there is nowhere for me to provide any other ifos,
i would really appreciate it if someone could help, they're holding all my funds for more than a week now.
