Vcc with balance of 2$ to verify paypal

Hello guys.
Where I can get a free vcc which I can charge with 2$ to verify paypal . I tried yendix they give me a free vcc and and I added 2$ to this vcc but it doesn't work to verify paypal.
Could you give othet sites give the same service but working to verify paypal.

do not use free or cheap sites and services to get pp verified. it will not work. you will keep burning your time and money. even if it worked , it will get flaged and limited in couple of weeks .

You can vet cards from your local supermarket but offcourse nothing is free
