fully verified?

Ok to sell? I've created a new pay pal account and want to list an item on ebay. I've added a debit card (pre-paid) and a bank account but I'm waiting the 3-5 business days for the 2 micro deposits for confirmation . My question is if I sell an item or multiple items will pay pal limit me and ask for docs etc or should I wait until it is fully verified first? thanks
