Opened a paypal email. What are the chances of getting linked
 

So I logged in from my laptop on my suspsended IP which i have done a million times I know thats not gonna link me but I had an email from a buyer that had the subject title of an item i was selling him. without thinking i clicked it and it was the paypal invoice saying blah blah such and such has sent you payment for $1200. I immediately closed the window. Also it was google mail and i dont display all images. This account has been verified with a SS# so what are the odds it gets linked to my old account. Also I went to ebay.com and paypal.com and my old account still shows up in the username entry spot so my computer remembers me but considering I didnt do the show all images in the google mail im thinking i may be ok. any help would greatly be appreciated

But you should be fine. That's the reason why we recommend GMail.. it doesn't display tracking images which can trigger cookies on your browser.

It's a good idea to change your IP address, delete browser cookies and flash objects off your machine though. Just to protect you in the future.

You probably have a separate user account for your 'safe' eBay / PayPal account.. that's good, but your main user account which I assume you were on should be free and clear of eBay and PayPal.. clean it up.

really....i got linked with my laptop like that so many times....im not taking chances i signed up with netzero for 5 dollars a month..
