How come I still have 21 day hold?
 

so i'm not in stealth mode, since I got a new router i came back to ebay with my real IP, real paypal and everything

its my second month of selling (digital items) and so far i've only got 2 'instant payment received', the rest is on 21 day hold (keep in mind, both paypal and ebay is multiple years old, not connected to any of my old suspended/limited accounts) meanwhile my friend who just got into ebay already gets every sale instantly after just a month of selling

They take up to 3 months and sometimes even longer to drop off

Also the fact that you're selling digital items doesn't help your case. Paypal hates digital item sales.

If I were you I'd just be happy they haven't limited your account yet.
