Paypal US SSN problem =(
 

Hello, I registered a US account, but I can’t get the money, asks for an SSN (I don't have it), also I can’t connect Payoneer :doh:

This is why I tell everybody here to NOT USE USA PAYPAL ACCOUNTS IF YOU ARE NOT AN AMERICAN CITIZEN WITH THE ABILITY TO OPEN BANK ACCOUNTS.

It's been this way for like 2 years now and people outside the USA are still making this mistake. I can't understand the appeal of USA Paypal accounts when you can do the same thing with an account from another country, without having to worry about all of the extra regulations that apply only to USA accounts.

I'm sorry bud. You may get some PM's offering some kind of shady service to help you cash out, but chances are your money is stuck.

Half of the USA flags on this forum aren't Americans or even expats. It's just the flag people default to.

Do you really think the OP would be here posting this if they were able to just add their SSN or walk into Wells Fargo to open an account? :doh:

If the data is incorrect, then you need a bank, and then withdraw via Wire international transfer, either to the exchange, or to someone who exchanges money from bank accounts. If the data is correct - you need to know ssn-dob, then you can normally use the account
