Bank Account removed
 

My Account was removed because my Bank Denied a .99 Transaction(Purchase). But when I try to add it, it declares "Please try again later"
Do I Have to Phone In?
OR
Should I add another Bank meaning I have to open one.

I would try calling in first. If you can get the automated answering system to add the bank account for you, it's an easy process.

It's probably going to be difficult to add a new bank account whether you use the bank account you were using or a new bank account. It's always hard to add bank accounts when a Paypal account isn't new.

Just get a new bank account, will be WAY easier than trying to get through PP CS.

I got it back on. I contacted them through chat. Moving forward I will not be making any purchases on this account.
