paypal asking for last 4 ssn
 

I am trying to send money to friend from my stealth pp and they are asking for dob and last 4 ssn. Can I put any dob and ssn or do they try to confirm these?

How much money are you trying to send?
Also do you have a cashplus account with paypal?

If you provide this, expect a ID and document request shortly after.

In order to successfully use a stealth US PayPal account, you need a US bank account to withdraw funds. You will not be able to send funds to other PayPal accounts or spend funds with account or pay eBay fees or listing upgrades. All you can do is withdraw funds via bank account and PayPal US only allows a US bank account.

No you cannot just provide any digits.
US based paypal accounts have not had the ability to send payments from the existing balance in nearly 2 years now. In order to have that functionality enabled you must have the cash account feature enabled - meaning you need to provide the REAL SSN and DOB. Those pieces are verified against the national database and confirmed against the address on file. If the numbers don't match the account is immediately limited.
So to make a long story short - no what youre asking is NOT doable.

If you entered random data, you can only withdraw to the bank. If the data is real, then you need to order a database search. Just don`t enter random numbers! You will can`t withdraw the limit
