Confirm a Card - How to resolve?

Hi,

I usually confirm/verify my PP account with a VCC.
My account was just limited and now PP is asking for me to "Confirm a Card" which means they will send 2 small deposits to that VCC.

Since it is a stealth VCC, that is not possible for me to get those 2 small deposits.

I was wondering how you guys have gone around this account limitation
