can't make PayPal payments
 

I have a balance of $6,000 and I am on social security and I can no longer make any payments. Will they take me to court? What happens?

Describe what exactly happened? Have you been given the limit "You can no longer use the service"? Then you can pick up the balance after 180 days to the bank or card, when a letter comes with permission to withdraw. If it simply does not allow you to move the balance and make transactions - start with small transactions, do not touch the account for a week, then another transaction, etc.

this is the amount I owe them and I did call asking for a forgiveness grant but just got a run around she said she could only offer for me to pay 108. a month for 5 years. I turned her down and she said I will still be charged interest and late feeds and turned over to collections. I kept telling her I am on social security and own nothing but it didn't matter to them. will they still try to take me to court? The law says you can't garnish any social security money and I'm sure they know this.
