too many papyal disputes ?
 

hello
i buy on ebay a lot. recently i have been running to a lot of problems, from receiving ⊗⊗⊗⊗ to receiving nothing. my most recent dispute involves a seller who claims he sent 3 weeks ago by usps. I have not received anything. so i disputed with paypal and he told paypal that I am filing false disputes and I have received the item.
I am just worried that paypal will start looking at me as a fraudulent buyer because like i said recently i have done this a lot because I started taking risks and bought from 0 feedback sellers and 85% positive sellers...big mistake.
anyway, will paypal ever take a sellers side if seller has no tracking number, but claims that the buyer is trying to scam?

will paypal ever take paypals side? sometimes they did for me once when buyer said envelope was empty. I think they will on lower amounts that fall out of the credit card chargeback remit perhaps.

Sometimes, as you say if buyer has prior history doesnt help them , even if genuine...

Rules are mainly if there is tracking and you are a seller you are covered, if returning and buyer you are covered..
