Sending money to a paypal user while abroad
 

Hi,

At the moment I just need to use my UK paypal account while I am not in the UK. Without using a VPN or VPS or proxy I tried to send money and I was asked to provide the code sent as SMS to my UK mobile phone, as I don't have that mobile number anymore I deleted it from my paypal account and I inserted the new UK mobile number but now (about 3 days after I made that change) when I try to send the money (95 GBP) instead of asking me to provide the code I am getting the message "Sorry we cannot confirm it's you". Do you think just waiting some more days can solve the problem? Or maybe if I use a dynamic fresh UK VPN server and:

Instead of multilogin or Virtual Machines:
Do you think it will work downloading a new copy of the browser, uninstalling the old one and using the fresh one? Maybe I can use the browser in a non-maximized window and change the font as well.

I think it cannot be that difficult as paypal needs to make money and they probably have way too many legitimate users which are not located at their home country. Nevertheless as this computer is used to access other local paypal accounts as well I think that can be causing some trouble so I probably need to do at least something in order to use my UK Paypal account.

Any other way to send money to a paypal account without using Paypal at all?
