The paypal freeze for 180 days has expired, and I still have not received the withdrawal letter

Yeah I had a few of these, I emailed the exectuive escalations office, all were declined, wanted additional ID or acceptional usage policy.

I have yet to see any PayPal 180 day releases from Stealth accounts for a long while now.

Just use skype , i use it the worldwide subscription not sure how much is it 20$-25$ a month and u can call any number.
