MHow do I get in touch with PayPal customer service my account is limited and I was told to talk to somebody over the phone but every time I try to call it says there Close due to the coronavirus

Not really sure I was selling things on eBay I had a $500 item that I sold It was the first item I sold on the eBay account and now they’re asking for my ID tracking and some other stuff

I literally purchase the items from a garage sale so I don’t have a receipt. And it’s says Provide purchase receipt from your supplier

Perhaps the chatbot is working, find live chat in the "Contact Us" section, a green window at the bottom right and write "agent", if it says wait, then wait, if it says that everything is offline then the connection is blocked and you have to wait when the call center opens

$500 is a lot for your first item, try to message them on social media
