Does PayPal know if you are on the electoral?
 

Hi everyone,

I’m just curious if PayPal know if you are registered and living at the address. The reason why I ask this is because I’ve noticed some people are still getting a soft limitation once they hit £1650 sales through PayPal and other people are by passing it and not getting the soft limitation i.e myself.

So I’m wondering if PayPal know you live at the address and are registered at the address when you fill out your information. If you fill out stealth information address name maybe they know this and no you are not present at the address so they require documents but if you fill your real name and address they don’t ask you this. Looking forward to any replies people might have on this.
