account is not limited but i cannot withdraw , i tried webpapge app, business app

no vpn is being used

it wont let me withdrawl it has been several days am i shadow banned now?

I usually get this if withdrawing to a debit card that is frozen or inactive

it might be invisible ban. Let it sit for 72 + hours and then try again.

This happened to me on my laptop 2 days ago tried withdrawing £130 and had the same error.

I went onto my app on my phone and just had to confirm my number by adding a code they sent me and the withdrawal was complete after that.

When this happens it's almost always your browser. Updating your browser could help, or log on using a different browser and it should work.

even weirder,,, i still cant withdraw, tried to send money to someone else and got a yellow error saying there is an issue with my paypal account, however they are not asking for anything,

i got no limitation email and under my account i see no limitations yet when i try to send money it says theres an issue with my account and i cant withdraw,,,

is this some new kind of ban :(

still looking for advice, i call them and they tell me they dont see any limits yet in the app it says my account has restriction yet it is not asking for anything and no email was ever sent

Change the password.
Wait 72 hours or more before logging in again.

Then try again.

I've had this problem on quite a few accounts. Leave the account for about 7+ days then try again, once I had to wait 3 weeks then i was able to withdraw. Just give it some time. I've been told it's a part of some security algorithm that not even the customer service retards knows about. Best of luck to ya!

I've had this problem, try to fill all info on your Business Information page. Wait 72hrs+ and try again, able to withdraw!
