I was adding a virtual (blue) revolut for a stealth account but they didn't accept it, did they change policy? Any advice?

I don't use business account , anyway until one month ago it worked greatly

Does the full billing address have to be matched, or is it just the front part of the post code? Read a post somewhere saying paypal doesn't see your revolut name or address, just the front part of the post code. Any suggestions appreciated
