sorry we can't add your bank account right now
 

Haven't been active here recently but I've ran into an issue.

Recently I disconnected my bank from my paypal to add my new business bank. When I'm trying to add the bank account I get the error 'sorry we can't add your bank account right now'.

After a convo on paypal's livechat they said paypals system is blocking the request to add the bank at this time.

I've done everything they asked so far, even wait out the 72 hours before trying again. In the mean time, money is just piling up from recent sales.

Has anyone had this issue before? if so, how, in the fastest way, did you fix it?

Your biggest mistake is removing that bank account.
It sounds like only the rep can add your bank account back. This is very likely if after a week you still can't add the bank account back,

He said is trying to add a new bank account,you have to contact them until they do add for you,if you use ppal EU must be a sepa bnk account
