PLEASE ADVISE: HAPPENED 2x : PayPal temporarily limited and asks me for documents
 

First of all : i am using a VPN from 24vc Fresh dedicated IP
I have a new PC windows account; and an aged account over 6 months.



This was my 3 or 4 sell, for 200 $ a keyboard, i got the four questions; Upload a photo ID

Provide proof of delivery

Provide your vendor's purchase receipt


I supplied and passed that one.


Then I SOLd a bike, which unexpectedly went to a price of 2, 500 .

I shipped the bike already and now i got this SAME EXACT TEMPORARY LIMIT ON MY account


Could any one please advise, why PAYPAL keeps sending me these 2X ?

MY guess is that , the first few were a couple hundred but because this auction went over 1k .

please advise if its the amount or the the data center IP that is causing this issue.

It's extremely unlikely that the data center is causing this. I got about 30 paypal accounts, all dedicated IP's from 24vc with no issues.
The sudden change in amount of money going in is most likely the cause of your red flag. Just to clarify, you are using 2 different IP's, right? One for each account.
Either way, paypal algorithms to cause red flags are something we can only speculate about, but in general it's quite easy to avoid it. Huge sums of money coming in out of the blue and out of the ordinary is a massive red flag in their system.

what do you think is the number of months or transactions you need before you can sell something for 2k ?

It's just our of ordinary for your paypal.

If you steadily sell something everyday and keep increasing - there's less risk.
But if you stay on 0.00, then $200 and bam after a week $2k - that causes suspicion.
