Paypal No Confirm Receipt Button
 

Today. someone send me roughly around 45 USD into my paypal account.
However, he said there is no CONFIRM RECEIPT BUTTON to release fund to available balance.

do i have to wait 21 days to access the fund?

It doesn't appear for transactions from overseas sometimes.

All PayPal accounts have this problem now of the confirm receipt there is an error in their side , this problem started just before 2 days from now

Everyone now has this problem unfortunately no confirm receipt for everyone

Make sure you add tracking info to the transaction first. It should give you option to mark as shipped or provide tracking number, if one is available, only then does the option to confirm receipt become available to the buyer except if the option is not available for recipient's country or its some technical problem causing an issue.

Seems like a issue at PayPal side.
For last few days no confirmation button for any of my accounts either.

Does the button only appear in your acc from this link or it show by default too by simply clicking on the transaction detail?

It has shown every time I have checked it by clicking on the payment from the transaction history page when logging in, but I don't normally do that nowadays since the link sorts everything for me and makes the process a lot faster.

But since I have hundreds of accounts and it always shows for me when I use that link, maybe I'm on to something here. It doesn't hurt to try the link.

The seller has to click "Add Tracking" button in the transaction details and select an order status first before the option is available on your end. When the seller does this, PayPal will send you out an email too to confirm receipt. If it doesn't say that, then just log on to your account and locate the transaction to find the button

No it's not needed. I send payment for goods and never have to do that.

it's not a bug . it's Intended by paypal to delay the release for 3 days 72 hours to be exact . this is done to prevints fraud as this method used a lot to release stolen money
