Time for stealth ?
 

I have been in here before enquiring, however I managed to set up a paypal account at a work address and have been using it for over a year without issue, just the other day when someone tried to pay me via paypal who themselves had had issues, they told me they couldn't get the money over and that it was saying that 'the person could not accept payments', upon checking I was indeed limited again, the original reason I got limited is because I was trying to sell modded consoles and they would get taken down by ebay, so I used pictures to depict the product, people in the know would know what it was, I stupidly used a screenshot from a GTA5 game running a mod menu, the picture featured a character (modded) of basically a hobo with no pants on and his cobblers hanging out..that what I think anyway...its haunted me ever since, blacklisting the original address and then another one I moved to but accidently logged in at the original blacklisted address...and now this work address...I am all out of other addresses to use.

Im quite happy to go ahead and purchase but I really want to know before if I can get the stealth paypal and add it to my ebay account, im aware of needing a new bank account and phone number etc.

I know there is a guide, but the answer to that question is pinnacle to me go forward.
