HELP NEEDED Can't add Bank Account to PP can I Just create a new PP acc?
 

Hi, so I'm trying to add my bankaccount of a stealth ACC I used to use and I didn't have access to the phone # anymore so I made a new google voice # and added it but I keep getting a "cannot verify you" or "cannot add bank acc at this time". I tried calling in and the lady asked me a public record question that I couldn't answer and got it wrong. She said I could try calling back in 48 hours.

But my question is, can't I just make another PP acc with the same details and add a completely new bank to that PP account then attach it to ebay? The PP acc I was trying to add a bank account to doesn't have any money on it anyways.

So it's an old account... you triggered their bot and they deem you suspicious for changing info in your account. You can call them for help if after a week and you still can't add the bank

Okay but why can't I just make a new paypal account with the same info and attach a bank account there? Does that trigger suspicion?

You can. But you will need to use a different PC, address, CC and bank account.

The name associated with PP needs to match the name on EB right? And by different PC I assume you mean different user account
