Odd Limitation
 

Hi I got an odd limitation on my EU paypal. I got the following email:

Thank you for your business transactions and ask you to take certain steps to keep you fully access to your account.
Please take measures to protect your account.
We also temporarily restricted certain features in your PayPal account.
You cannot currently:
- recieve money
- send money
- Debit money
- send refunds

When I login to the account they ask me to upload documents.

"Please look in the inbox of your standard email address for instructions regarding additional documents required"

However the email doesn't day anything about any additional documents.

And below there is a red flag saying

"We'll review your recent activity to protect your account. Access to your money may be delayed. Once the problem is resolved, you can use PayPal as usual with full access to Funds Now."

Not really sure what this means, any ideas? Is the account toast?

Can you let us know general idea of your transactions on the account?

All transactions on my online shop, no ebay transactions at all.

No high risk stuff.

Called in and they said I need to change the assortment of goods in my online shop.

They'll send me an email about that. Probably some item they didn't like.

Is it products where you have digital goods or tangible goods with a tracking number. What is sale number don’t need exact but estimate. How much sales per week?

Tangible goods, not many sales, no more than 1000 $ per month... It's about 2-3years old

Yeah it’s probably the items your selling that does go well with their policy and cause them to shut it down. If it’s your own site go with a different payment processor like stripe or square or even a legit merchant processor. PayPal is hell to deal with

Stripe is pretty much a pain as well
