PP phone lines ?
 

Phone lines seem to be open but I constantly get: "We can't support your inquiry over the phone at this time..."

Tried from the number linked to my pp and also from a totally random number.
No luck getting anyone on the line.

Trying the 888-221-1161 and 402-935-2050 numbers

Anybody has another number that is working for USA?

You have to get the 6 digit code from the "contact me" link in your paypal account or you will get this message. Call when it is Sunday in the Philippines if you want a chance to talk to someone who actually used paypal before.

I think this is a great idea, I remember in the past before phone lines were closed I called paypal USA on sundays and hold times were non exsistent or only few minutes.
