PayPal will not release funds, Possible new patch?

I have put tracking into my PayPal sales and they all say delivered but PayPal has not released the funds. usually they release the funds within 24 hours of delivery but not for the past few days,
Could this be a new patch or something to do with paypal> any ways around it?

it can take anything upto 72hrs after delivery

All these payment processors are being cautious-not just Paypal but Square,Stripe .
It can be up to 72 hours,if high risk items,more .

Just one order or several?
If just one... odds are it will just take longer, maybe even the full 21 days. If it is all orders, you have something else going on altogether.
