Paypal BANK verfication: Withdrawing?

So, I have read here that Paypal is able to identify they name of bank account by withdrawing the amount/s they sent to the bank account.

Well, this did not happen to me, with both verification methods (they either send a code or send 2 small deposits).

So, what actually is happening, or does it take weeks to withdraw these 2 small amounts?

I've never had problems with that personally.

I only do the 2 small deposits verification with no issue.

Is aypal withdrawing it again? Because I read Paypal does this to check the name, but so far, they did not withdraw anything?!
