Creating paypal stealth name & address
 

Hi, I know on the Stealth Book it suggests to use a family members/friends address but what is an reliable way of choosing an address that you know might not be already linked to a paypal/ebay account. I was debating on going on a property selling website and find some details that way or just use ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name generator but don't know if that method is abused by others. Second question, Stealth Book suggests to use an variation of your name when creating the stealth account but would a totally random name work fine as well, can I simply just use the ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name generator as well.BTW mainly looking to sell digital items so don't want to spend money on a PO box for an address.

Please create paragraphs man.... easier to read

1. Just make up whatever name you want. It's no big dea
2. Well any business you need to spend some money.
If you can't even afford a cheap PO box I don't know what to tell ya.

Certain countries have local databases Paypal can access. So, sometimes they know right away, that something is odd with your account.

Examples:
Norway and Sweden: All citizens are basically in an open database and Paypal can right away see that your account is ⊗⊗⊗⊗, however, if you a new citizen you might workaround that.

UK and Germany: Here Paypal uses credit score bureaus to check if a name has an address or is generally "known". Usually if these checks fail, they limit your account even before you start using it. There are ways to add a "score" to credit bureaus, ex. asking for a loan online at some banks.
