How to get PayPal to allow my payments to go through
 

Hi I use PayPal on the daily and pay and receive money all the time, due to my current situation I have to do it all out my Savings bank account nothing I can do about it.

I understand alot of sites wont accept e checks but sometimes I could pay with my account one day hold it in my shopping cart and the next day I cant

I emailed PayPal about this and they told me change browser and clear cookies (dosent work) and that they only accept payments after they check possible risks

Does anyone know what I have to do to avoid these "risks" and how to get PayPal to accept my payments more often instead of blocking it? Thank you everyone!

Does your savings account even allow, or have a limit on the amount of money, for purchases or outgoing transactions as opposed to incoming transactions/deposits?
