Account is locked

They say my account is locked I can not ever use pay pal again cause I did not go bye their user agreement which is not true I read it and I did not go against anything they said I jus
t want to get my money I can care less about ever using pay pal again I will be contacting my lawyer they really have messed up this time:help:

Good luck with the lawyer - is it a high amount to justify use of a lawyer? You should (in most cases) be able to get the money in 180 days
