Hello, i want to create a stealth paypal (canada) but i don't have a phone number and i can't found any service online, any recommendation?

Use a google voice and the account gets suspended within 30 minutes of being created.

My last 5 accounts created say otherwise.

How come you have such a bad experience with Google Voice?

Most people still use gv when creating accounts but others say it will get your account suspended, So don't know if the gv numbers are heavily recycled. Is there any way around this?
