PayPal 2 Small Deposit

Hey :focus: , Hope everyone are doing :bird: , I got a simple question:

Did you know if PayPal require fund inside the bank account for verify the 2 small deposit or this can be verified without any fund ?

correct, they cant see how much you have inside the account
