Customer Service PP US phonenumber?
 

Hi

Do you guys know the phonenumber for customer service paypal in US? Second tier? What is the average wait time (1 hour)?
Due to covid-19 looks like I can only message them in my country.

I believe you can find it when you click on the 'contact us' link within your account. If I remember correctly youll also get a 6 digit code for reference.
And not sure what the point of contacting US paypal customer service is when its regarding an account that is not in the US...

Anybody getting through? I am getting "We can't support your inquiry over the phone at this time" then it disconnects

not really, paypal is playing hard on these people who need to call them
in reality without call center paypal will have much bigger profits

Is there anyway in selecting the menu to get an actual person on the line? All I get is office currenently closed because of Covid-19

You could try Australian paypal customer support phone number also. I called that number last year and on the year 2018 and got help from there. But had to keep on trying, most of the representatives did not help me.
I dont even know how long phone lines will be closed because of covid-19. Could be very long time, this covid-19 virus needs first some kind of proper medicine.
