Multiple paypal account
 
I have three paypal account, one being primary and the other ones are just peripherals i opened, is it possible i transfer the funds from the 2 peripherals like every month without getting anyone of it banned

Nope, you'll get linked eventually for doing this specially if you do F&F.

Buy from your self using Website or something is better and more safe. pay the fees do not do F&F
