Why payment amount not received?
 
Hi,

I have set up a subscition plan via PP smart button with a initial set up fee for customers.

So far it's working well. But there's one transaction which didn't receive the amount yet. I tried to contact paypal but no response yet.

I don't offer any alterantive payment options. Just PayPal and credit cards.
The country is France.

Any idea why that happened and how to fix it?

They don't offer phone support at the moment in my country.

I have sent them a message. Response time is pretty long.

try messaging them on twitter, the response time has been long, but they'll get around to the message within a few days

Could also try Facebook for response as well

Today I got 3 more payments where the money is not received.

Which payment methods cause a delay? It can't be credit card nor PayPal transaction. I guess it's an alternative payment method.

My PP account has HKD, EUR and USD. The subscription plan is set up in EUR as this is what people from France pay with.
