Blocked paypal.Will ebay be able to withdraw the final fees?

Hi friends, unfortunately my paypal has been blocked (due to ID and bills documents not accepted), so I wonder if ebay will be able to withdraw the fees next month....otherwise I will put myself in trouble even with ebay.....although everyone says that this ebay account is toasted anyway...

No. eBay can't take fees from a PayPal account that is permanently limited.

On e an account is limited no payment can be sent from it. That includes ebay,
Get a prepaid credit card and use it to pay your fees.
