i heard there are some countries new accounts dont have 21 day holds can you let me know if you come across any please

there isn't any .
it used to be UAE / Saudi Arabia and the rest of Golf Countrys but that not the case anymore becouse many people abused that already

I see what you did there. No payment holds is technically not a lie, since you can't even receive payments.

As far as I know, no payment holds for Nambia.

Somehow people make fun of this question? Maybe because they dont know?! Seems to me, to have this kind of knowledge has a lot of value. So, its impossible to just share it.

Of course there are countries which dont have 21 days hold. Just a small hint, it is account specific, ie. if I make an account in the country which allows "no 21 days hold" accounts, all data and bank account for verification must be perfect.

That makes no sense... If stealth account is successfully made and used then info to make the account was used perfectly.

How does it make no sense?You mean to you it doesn't make sense? Ok. So, Paypal has a score system to categorize your account's risk. Example: You say you live in ZIP 10000 but your IP shows it is 20000, points deducted. Another example, you live in Belgium but give a IBAN in the Netherlands, points deducted.

And there are tons of those checks. So, in case everything is perfect, there are countries, which allow you to use money without 21 day hold, or in fact, without any hold at all.

I just mean if paypals automated security checks fail to add up you will likely be limited on your first sale anyway, so 21 day hold or not will be irrelevant.

I get what you’re saying though.

I dont know which countries dont have holds but i assure you Canadas not one of them :( at least not if you use ebay with it.
