Paypal does a credit check to remove £1700 UK recieving limit, how to remove?
 

Hello,

My UK paypal account is verified however there is still a £1700 receiving limit in place, paypal can automaticly remove this by checking your details with a credit reference agency, I use a forwarding address with ebay and it fails the check, here is a screen shot:

and after clicking "confirm your information":

On a previous stealth account I had tried a variant of my address and it refused it, on the second time it offered to verify me by phone and post but I needed to add a card before I could start that process.

What the hell can I do to remove this limit?
