Withdrawing money from paypal after 180 days
 

I had my paypal limited for 6 months and i received an email that my funds are eligable to be withdrawn, i linked a new card to paypal to withdraw the money on it, i didnt confirm it with the code yet, but my question is can i withdraw money on it without confirmation with the code that they send fo the bank?

If you've already added it, you could as well try it. You'd know first hand if it works or not.

can we transfer the money to another paypal if that account allows?

Yes but you need to let paypal know that you are going to send it to a friends paypal account etc etc

I have done it once last year in UK

They will ask you for your 'friends' paypal email and they will do the transfer themselves

As always, each case if different so things may be different for you

This is interesting - I have never tried that aspect for any UK account

When I spoke to them on the phone, they actually asked me if want the money sent to my bank acount which was already linked to the paypal or to a friends paypal

As the bank that was attached to that paypay I no longer had (which I mentioned to them), they said they would send it to another paypal

Maybe I got lucky. However, I was very persistent and explained my situation to them in a professional manner
